At Air Regional, we charge a $98 service fee, which covers the cost of residential heating system diagnostics, a standard air filter, and a thorough safety inspection to ensure that there are no gas leaks, fire hazards, or blocked vents. The service fee also includes labor costs for any minor repairs, if they are needed. This means that if your heater has a broken thermostat, circuit breaker, control switch, or capacitor, you'll only pay for the service fee plus the cost of the replacement part.
If we find that your heating system requires a larger repair, such as a new compressor or motor, we will guide you through your options. We provide upfront, flat-rate quotes for major furnace repairs that include all parts and labor. Only if it is absolutely necessary, either for safety or energy- and cost-effectiveness, would we recommend furnace replacement in place of a repair.
